Memory Management UI

Founder can view, edit, delete, approve suggested memory, and disable memory items. This phase is intentionally safe: it uses founder-visible browser-local preview plus API validation. It does not inject memory into Claude, auto-capture memories, invoke tools, create actions, execute anything, or auto-run.

Safety rule: disabled, archived, or deleted memory must not be used in future prompts. Active memory still does not grant execution approval.
